Q: Why can't I see the seller information and contact in the advertisement?

Q: Why the system will prompt me that the plate number is a duplicate entry?
A1: Your free advertisement has expired and tries to post with the same number plate.
A2: The system has the records of the plate number. Our system is design to delete old advertisement automatically after a period of time to prevent trading sales.

Q: Why can't I set back to live after I set to sold?
A: It is our company policy that end user shall be responsible for their action as SGBikeMart is providing a service to the public.
We will not be able to set back to live and the system will delete your ad after a period of time.

Q: Why is there no dealer information for New Bike Listing Motorcycles?

Q: How do i rate or write a review for the motorcycles dealer in the Motor Directory?
A: Review can only be done after the purchases made by that particular dealer. The particular dealer will pass you a link for you to rate or write a review.

Q:What if I accidentally set to sold?

Q: How to renew my expired advertisement?

Q: After my bike is sold, what should I do?

Q: What if I want to do a more detailed bike search?
A: Click on advanced search to do a detailed bike search.

Q: How come money is charged to me but my listing is not up
A: Please kindly wait for our administrator to vet through your listing. It will be posted up within 24 hours.

Q: What if I cannot pay online?
A: There are four methods of payment. By using credit card, debit card, paypal or you can head down to your office for payment. Go to for address and contacts.
